Physical info:
Usagi is fourteen years old and very short (4'11" or 150cm). She has long blond hair tied up in two pigtails on the side of her head, each topped with a round knot. It has something of a spaghetti and meatball appearance. She has bright blue eyes.
Her voice is high-pitched, even for a girl of her age.
Permissions:
Yes to:
-Backtagging
-Thread-jacking (if all people in the thread are ok with it)
-Fourth-walling. She'll mostly just laugh.
-Any and all thread topics
How she reacts to:
-Hugging: She's pretty much a walking cuddlybug. Go for it.
-Kissing: She'll probably laugh it off, but be prepared for an earful if you're serious.
-Random touching: Personal space? What's that?
...and feel free to have your character realize that Usagi is Sailor Moon. There's magic that protects her, but the sailor uniform and distinctive hairstyle make it just a little too obvious who she is, especially in a closed space.

If something your character does will have a serious effect on Usagi's ability to physically engage with all that's going on, please ask first! I don't want any surprise amputations here.
